[gradsusr] gradusr forum problems (2nd try)

Hi, Everyone — 
My sysadm and I are still ironing out the wrinkles on our web servers, including the one that hosts the forum. Some messages sent out this morning appear to have made it to the archives but didn’t get sent out. Things should be working properly now, but I guess I will know for sure after I send this out.
