[gradsusr] How to subset data from global netcdf files

Dear Kishore,
          You can do it in linux/Unix using subset.tcl.
Example:
/gpfs1/home/jkpr/subset.tcl -i qwqg_2014_09_0$i.pp0 -o var$i.nc -of netcdf
-xs 20 -xe 140 -xi 0.5 -ys -20 -ye 60 -yi 0.5
