[gradsusr] opening Multiple grib2 files using single control file

Just open the entire thing in GrADS and set t to the desired time level,
keeping in mind that for the 6-hourly files you need to skip times (if you
are using a range, it will do that for you automatically, at least with
functions like max, min, and ave).
