[gradsusr] CAPE calculation

Dear GrADS users,

I want to calculate CAPE (Convective Available Potential Energy) for a
small domain for four days.

Can someone please tell me how i can calculate that?

This link seems useful;

the rest of plot/skew script ?

Please guide me.
