​This is because the Contents/ directory is not on your path.

​This is strange, you do not seem to have a functional perl installation on
your machine.  Opengrads requires a very vanilla perl installation for its
wrapper scripts.  ​Are you sure you are using the perl that came with
CentOS? Type

$ which perl

Make sure that /usr/bin is ahead in your path.
