[gradsusr] load and visualize shapefile

Dear GrADS Users
I am trying to load a shapefile which includes political boundries and
drainage, then I want to overlap TRMM precipitation data which is in NetCDF
format. The problem is I am not sure how to load and set coordinates for
shapefile. I am pretty new in using shapefiles and I wonder if someone
would help me.
