[gradsusr] transferring file to a remote server

Dear grads users, 
I always transfer fnl data from my computer to the remote server (where the Wrf is installed ) by filezila software. Recently the gateway of the server has been secured and doesn't let to do transfering the files. 
Could you please help me and tell me how I can transfer the fnl files from my pc to the remote server? 

I am looking forward to hearing from side of you.
