[gradsusr] Full image area - data only

[AMS EmsiWx Bytča]

Dear all,

I would need to generate an output where no map is displayed, the full 
area of defined png is used, e.g. 800x600 and only small text
with the model run and small text with the valid time is displayed like 
the one I attched.

Is it please possible?
