[gradsusr] NINO3.4 time series and its correlation with slp

Abdus,

You are defining the variable "elnino" to be a one-dimensional variable 
that is a
function of time, but then later you are trying to contour this over a 
geographic
range.  I'm not quite sure what you are getting at, but you could simply 
plot the
timeseries "elnino" by putting the "d elnino" line right after the 
"define" line (i.e.,
just remove the "set lon", "set lat", "set gxout " lines).
