[gradsusr] expanded color bar

Hi AHR,
in the .gs archive you can define new colors. You set the number for
identifying your new color (i.e. number 16) and in the next three colums
you say how much you put on RED, GREEN, and BLUE: set rgb 16 150 150

shaded
 set rgb 16 150 150
150
 set clevs  -9 0.1 0.2 0.5 1.0 2.0 4 6 8 10 12 15
