[gradsusr] regriding in grads

Please Help Me.
How to do regriding in grads for nc file ?

I have 2 nc files one is from model and one s from ncep.com
have to regrid the files and find corelation and interpolation.



What mistake have i done??

All files closed; all defined objects released;
All GrADS attributes have been reinitialized
