[gradsusr] Shapefiles drawing over each other

David,

I was able to duplicate what you did, but my GrADS version (2.0.1.oga.1) is
a bit different.  However, I have no suggestions on why they do not match
the "correct" sample in your linked image, expect perhaps the original
shapefile was not rendered properly.
