[gradsusr] Basin masking and taking grid average of all points falling in the basin

You can create a GrADS maskout grid data file from MeteoInfo (http://www.meteothinker.com/desktop_create_grads_maskout.html) and then use it in GrADS maskout function.

Hello All,

I want to use the functionality like aave and maskout for masking my basin boundary and then take average of my model grids falling in the basin only. 

Is there a way to do this. Grads read my basin file from a shp file generated with GIS.
