[gradsusr] The new meteogram scripts

Hi all,

I have been testing the new  meteogram scripts for stations in East Africa.

I receive an error message (Cannot plot data - all undefined values) while
running "meteogram_GDS.gs" for a few stations (the ones in in red below).
For some reason, the script works fine for some other stations (the ones in
black below):

lon = 37.40
lat = 8.44

lon = 37.24
lat = 11.36

lon = 38.45
lat = 9.02

lon = 38.29
lat = 7.08



Any idea why this is happening?
