[gradsusr] OpenGrADS grads-2.1.a2.oga.1 on Windows Server 2012

Hi,

I've downloaded and installed the OpenGrADS grads-2.1.a2.oga.1 win32
superpack on Windows Server 2012 R2. When I try to start OpenGRads a window
opens showing:

If I press enter to continue in landscape mode or press n for portrait the
following message is displayed:

GX Package Initialization: Size = 11 8.5

After about 5 seconds the window closes without any error message and there
doesn't seem to be anything in the Windows event viewer.

Any ideas on why OpenGrADS grads-2.1.a2.oga.1 isn't launching successfully?
