[gradsusr] problem about reading BUFR data

hi,
  i met a problem when i read bufr data with command bufrscan, as follows:
   bufrscan -h -d /usr/soft/grads/grads-2.0.2/dat/tables amsrebufr
the error appearance after i taped the above command:
   Error opening table B file (/usr/soft/grads/grads-2.0.2/dat/tables/B3M-000-013-B): No such file or directory

i didn't find the table "B3M-000-013-B" under the tables directory, how can i obtain this table?
