[gradsusr] making map to cut borders with station data

Hello, i am new using the grads (2.0.a9 in ubuntu 12.04). I have
trouble making a mask to cut interpolated data in my country.
I generated the map with the Dr. Rupa program in fortran, but I
can't do the borders cut. I send my data and the errors if someone
can help me.
