[gradsusr] how to compute t test for a latitude (y axis) and time (x axis) for fixed zonal mean of (120 to 180)

Dear All,

Please help me to build the script. I have two files
*SSt13.precip.lon-lat.for.ssws.ctl
*and *SSt13.precip.lon-lat.for.climatolgy.ctl*. for t =1 to 21. I have to
plot the anomaly after taking the difference of *second file from file one
with statistical test incorporated over i*t.

Please help.
