[gradsusr] setting zero values after 360 days

I never understood if T dimension could be used for maskout expressions

but there is a workaroud ... the following code will set "myvar" to
undef after 360 days:

'set t 1 360'
'define myvar=precipitation'
'set t 1 1000'
'display myvar'
