[gradsusr] SHAPEFILES FOR INDIAN HOMOGENEOUS MONSOON SUB-REGIONS

Here you can download one of the three files to divide the regions of
India, just got to put these files in the folder where you got the file.
And then I call to add a command line in Grads.
