[gradsusr] skipping some marks in linear plot

Dear GrADS Users,
Is there any option to skip few marks (cmark) in linear plots using GrADS?
I mean instead of giving mark for each data point on a line I wanted to
skip marks with a step of 2 or 3. Any idea?
