[gradsusr] GRDAS and shell script

Conrado,

Just run grads with the options for landscape/portrait, then "c"
for script and "b" for no screen display.  For example, if your
grads script is called "make_plot.gs", add

/usr/local/bin/grads -lcb "run make_plot.gs"

to your shell script (note you'll need to use your specific path
to the grads executable).
