[gradsusr] Unable To Open Concatanated Regional GEM GRIB2s With GrADS

Hi Greg,

Thank you very much for chiming in! I've been using the usual http://dd.weatheroffice.gc.ca/model_gem_regional/10km/grib2/ datasource to pull the GRIB2s and then run them through g2ctl/gribmap.

Truly stumped right now...

Aaron,

Wesley may be on to something. The GEM REG convective indices (CAPE and LI) from datamart are on a different grid from the others. I believe my scripts separate them out and create temporary control files for them when plotting.

Aaron,

Are all the fields on the same grid?  Use the "-v" option in gribmap
to see which fields match.
