[gradsusr] Unable To Open Concatanated Regional GEM GRIB2s With GrADS

Hi Wesley,

Thank you for replying to my question! I tried using the "-v" option with gribmap and it says that all the fields match.

Whenever I try to run my script using the RGEM .ctl, I get a bunch of "Data Request Warning" errors in GrADS. Interestingly enough, I've been playing around with some of the WaveWatch3 GRIB2s on the NOMADs server and it appear that the same thing is happening when I try to run some of the higher resolution files (NAH,etc).

Aaron,

Are all the fields on the same grid?  Use the "-v" option in gribmap
to see which fields match.

I'm having an issue where I can't open any Regional GEM GRIB2s (that I've concatenated into one big GRIB2, followed by running g2ctl/gribmap) in GrADS.

I do this method with many other models and have never had an issue, except with Regional GEM files. I've also attached a part of my bash script that cats the GRIB2s together.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
