[gradsusr] ‏‏RE: Display lat-lon map rotated

Hi Vladimir,

Unfortunately I don’t have experience rotating maps in that way.

There’s some discussion about GrADS projections here: http://www.iges.org/grads/gadoc/map.html

Perhaps someone else on the last has implemented a rotated projection.
