I am sorry, I should have included a wrapper script to minimize the amount
of work migrating from 2.0  to 2.1. I will post something.

I am glad to hear that all else works as well.  The new extension 'wordexp'
currently does not work on windows. I believe it is fixable but I didn't
want to delay the release any longer, so I kept it out of windows for now.
