[gradsusr] Plot data over a particular region

Hi
I am able to plot the data using MATLAB, But I want  to plot data using
GrADS. I have attached output generated using MATLAB.

Whether we need to generate a mask file for each region and then plot the
data so that GrADS will generate data over the chosen region while keeping
rest of the area as a blank.
