[gradsusr] stream functions

I am using the open grads version 2.0a. and I want to calculate the steam functions like rotational wind and others
How can I call the  fish.gex GrADS Extension Library for Calculating Streamfunction/Velocity Potential
is there any one giving detailed information to get through
