[gradsusr] how to read a hdf5 format file by GrADS?

Yeah, that's bad too. If one were to rename the file, you'd lose the
geographic information. Of course there is no information describing the
geographic extent (5 deg, 10 deg, ?? deg), and which corner not sure how you
know its the SW corner.
