[gradsusr] Reg:GRADS WINDOW PROBLEM

If I connect my PC to internet grads window is opening . If I
disconnect it is not opening and also not showing any error. Can any
one suggest what could be the problem .

Here with I am attaching the grads command window screeshot picture
when it is connected to internet.
