[gradsusr] descriptor file for wrfoutput file

Hi all,
I need the grads descriptor file of this wrfout netcdf file with the
informations above.
I try steps sited on this link but i am confiused between all parameters.

I need just one variable to plot (PREC_ACC_NC).
