[gradsusr] Queries about time series data

[Suman Maity]

Dear all
This is Suman Maity from IIT Khragpur India. I want to ask the following
question:
I have a time series of daily zonal wind data (365 days). I want to find
the annual and semi annual component of it. Then I want to find the
dominant modes of its variability. I have searched a lot but couldn't  find
any easy way to do. Please help how to do it.
