[gradsusr] How to calculate the correlation between SST and precipitation

Dear all,

        I want to calculate the correlation between SST and precipitation.
The SST is NetCDF file and the precipitation is TXT file. For example, the
precipitation is the annual value of one region:   1969 1237.5  1970 1313.5
1971 1098.5  1972 989  1973 1226.5  1974 1107.5  1975 1336  1976 955  1977
994.5  1978 944.5  1979 1065  1980 1056.5  1981 1403.5  1982 802.5  1983

2009 1126  2010 1015.5  2011 1317  2012 1235
         For example,I want to calculate the Mann-kendall tau between
precipitation and SST.

        Some one can help me or give some suggestions?
