[gradsusr] Installation of GrADS on windows

Dear All

I am new to GrADS. I have windows 8 on my laptop. I am not able to find any
windows version of GrADS on the website
http://www.iges.org/grads/downloads.html.

Windows 8 does not allow linux to be installed, therfore I am looking for a
windows version of GrADS. Kindly let me know from where I can download it.
