[gradsusr] color bar : All colors but alternative levels on it

Dear GrADS, Users,

Happy New Year 2014.

I seek a help regarding the skip of color levels on color bar i.e. I want to have 20 colors in a color bar
 but only 10 color levels (2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20) on the color bar. Please see the attached color bar 
for an example.
