[gradsusr] WAFS GRIB2: Cannot contour grid - all undefined values

Hi Sorry, I don't know english, but i have one option as solution, i write
in spanish
Tambien tuve el mismo problema; la solucion fue convertir el archivo grib2
a bin utilizando WGRIB2 (
http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/wesley/wgrib2/wgrib2.tgz), luego se
utiliza el mismo ctl adaptado a la lectura de un archivo binario, ademas
verificar si las variables y niveles corresponden secuencialmente a lo
indicado en el CTL (creo que es necesario invertirlo)
