[gradsusr] Need Control file for HadGEM2 data

Dear All,
I have downloaded data from the following link

http://clima-dods.ictp.it/data/d8/cordex/CMIP5/monthly/hist/HadGEM2-ES/tas_Amon_HadGEM2-ES_historical_r1i1p1_185912-200511.nc
http://clima-dods.ictp.it/data/d8/cordex/CMIP5/monthly/hist/HadGEM2-ES/pr_Amon_HadGEM2-ES_historical_r1i1p1_185912-200511.nc

sdfopen in GrADS is showing the following error

ga-> sdfopen tas_Amon_HadGEM2-ES_historical_r1i1p1_185912-200511.nc
Scanning self-describing file:
 tas_Amon_HadGEM2-ES_historical_r1i1p1_185912-200511.nc
gadsdf: Time unit has too small an increment (min. 1 minute).

There's no control file available in the above mentioned link. It would be
a great help anybody would like the share a Control file for these
datasets.
