[gradsusr] help me

hi i need to install grads in fedora 19
i install by yum but it has error
ga-> open /home/output/test/d02.ctl
Scanning description file:  /home/output/test/d02.ctl
grads: symbol lookup error: grads: undefined symbol: nc_get_chunk_cache
please help me
i use of yum downgrade and the result dont have deferent
please help me
