[gradsusr] Generating a control file with g2ctl

Ethan,

Your change to g2ctl

   $wgrib2='/Users/maxineanddavid/grads-2.1.a1/bin/wgrib';

was wrong.  You are pointing to wgrib and not wgrib2.  The
source code to wgrib2 is at

   ftp://ftp.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/wd51we/wgrib2/

BTW I just made a ctl file for the Alaskanet file.
