[gradsusr] Plotting vertical profile of winds and labelling

Dear all,
I am stack. I want to plot wind profile
with fixed latitude and varying pressure (z) and longitude and the output must
be a cross-section of wind barbs at each pressure level.
How can this be done? On the output map, I
would also like to insert a subtitle of the institution that has produced such
a map at the top left corner of the figure but outside the plot frame.
I would appreciate if you can assist.
