[gradsusr] drawing Shape file for Himalayan region

Dear GrADS users,
Has anyone got readymade shape file for Himalayan region (to draw a
boundary) to plot data over Himlayan region in GrADS like a .gs file (
script) which I can run in GrADS . if not then how i shall draw
