[gradsusr] Is there a way to restore the color to a constant field when plotting using gxout grfill?

That's correct.

I cannot duplicate this behavior. 

'clear'
'd ps'
'set datawarn off'
'set ccolor 8'
'd const(ps,10)'

The second display command does not cover the existing plot with a constant field of any color.
