[gradsusr] color scale shading

When you use 'set clevs' and 'set ccols' to create a custom color table,
the number of entries in 'set ccols' needs to be one more than the number
of entries in 'set clevs'. You have 7 contour values in your 'set clevs'
command and 9 values in your 'set ccols' command. You should notice the
lack of color between 0 and +0.5 rather than between -0.5 and +0.5. The
first value in the 'set ccols' entry will correspond to the color for all
values below the lowest contour value specified in the 'set clevs' command.
