[gradsusr] NEXRAD radar data in GrADS

[Sytske Kimball]

Unfortunately, I could not get this to work. My script says it can't find
the variable 'cref' used in the example on the webpage. But since there is
no descriptor file when using the sdfopen command, how do I know what
variable name is appropriate?
