[gradsusr] Averaging an irregular area

I would like to ask if it is possible to get the average of an irregular area, thus, I have more than 2 values for x and y. I am currently processing the result of a climate model and since I only want to consider the land part of our country (Philippines). I am trying my best to minimize the inclusion of the water bodies or ocean.
