[gradsusr] How could I draw a round mark using the commond "draw mark"

The irregularity of the marks is an artifact of the pixelation of the output image. If you used one of the vector graphics output formats (ps or eps) you would see more consistently sized marks. Or you could increase the resolution of your output image and that would improve the appearance.
