[gradsusr] Creating binary data set

Dear Grads Users

Anyone know how to create binary gridded data set using csharp, or c++?
Here's the problem:

I have gridded data (interpolated temperature anomaly) in table:

double [] tabl;

which size is 110x70 and contains values (typeof double) on 0.1 deg grid
(110 values from 14.0E to 25E, and 70 values from 48N to 55N). I want to
save this table to binary file using charp which can be read by GrADS.
Anyone know how to do that and how to create .ctl file to this dataset?
