[gradsusr] Opening up NASA GSSTF.3 HDF-EOS5 data in GrADS

You have to write a GrADS control (.ctl) file for the HDF-EOS5 file, the 
sdfopen command won't work as GrADS / CF convention doesn't understand the 
HDF-EOS conventions for geolocation. Make sure your version of GrADS supports 
the HDF5 file format.
