[gradsusr] Is there a 64bit grads for windows?

Hello to all

Is there a release for 64bit windows (like windows 8)?
I installed the 32win superpack but it does not work correctly with cygwin, which is a 64bit version.
I do not mind if it is an earlier version of grads (not 2.0.1).
