[gradsusr] How to set lat/lon with 0.5 variance??

What I mean is to obtain and output in which succeeding lat/lon is 0.5 more than the the predecessor i.e

LAT/LON =  23, 23.5, 24, 24.5, 25, 25.5, 26...................
